The 6th year geography field study took place on Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th November. The write up of this study is worth 20% of the Leaving Cert grade. The student groups were spread over two separate days to comply with current guidelines and social distancing measures. Students were required to complete a variety of tasks at the river such as measuring the river velocity, the river gradient, valley profile etc.
A great day was had by all and even the rain stayed off!
