JUNIOR CYCLE CURRICULUM
The Junior Cycle is designed to put the student at the centre of what is happening in the classroom so that he or she grows into a confident, independent and active learner.
The emphasis is very much on developing key skills such as communicating and creative thinking to help them face the many challenges in today's world.
In Chanel we offer an extremely broad and balanced curriculum with plenty of choice. Our curriculum is constantly evolving to meet the needs and interests of our students and we have introduced a number of new subjects in the last few years.
The curriculum is divided into core subjects and option subjects.
All subjects are now part of the New Junior Cycle and all ability levels are catered for.
