Friday 25th October saw some very strange characters lurking around the corridors of Chanel. The annual Halloween Fancy Dress was a huge success with some of the most creative and inventive costumes we've seen to date. The majority of the teachers got into the spirit of things and special mention goes to Sr Sheanon and Snow White Brady. On the students' side, 1.3 Prefects organised a great Peaky Blinders theme for their 1st year class. Gerald O'Regan's vending machine was a work of pure genius and the detail was so authentic, it nearly had people queuing up! Deservedly, he won the overall competition for best costume.
All monies raised will go to the Marist Charity, Mexican Schools Project. Well done to everyone for their efforts and both staff and students appreciated a few treats!
