Congratulations to the u16 Badminton team who had a great day on Friday 8th November, winning all three games of their games in the Dublin Schools Badminton Championship.

They are now through to the Dublin quarter final stage. This is a huge achievement, considering that this team only came together in the last few months and this was their first outing,

Well done to the lads and coaches Ms Dunphy and Mr Foley for all their time, hard work and encouragement.

There was disappointment for u16 hurlers on Monday 4th November. Despite great performances in earlier rounds, they were knocked out of the Leinster Hurling League at the Quarter Final stage. They gave it their all on an absolutely miserable day with the rain pouring down on the pitch in Parnell's. They can hold their heads high for getting so far and representing Chanel so well.

Thanks to coaches Ms Dunphy and Mr Quinn for bringing the team so far and Mr O'Keeffe for helping out on the day.
